European outlook
With respect to problems, articulated during stakeholder workshop discussions and interviews, we tried to identify good European examples which successfully managed, handled and solved the given obstacles, thus promoting successful cross-border cooperation. Exploration of these experiences can be utilized in the process of modifying legal and administrative regulations in Hungary.

Analysis of the legislation
We sought to explore the related legislative structures in the framework of a desk research with respect to the previously identified obstacles. The research was a complex task since there is a multifactorial legislative background behind each sectoral question. We sought to give reference to EU legal texts in those cases, where it was relevant. In the framework of the implemented work, an inventory was made about the related legislative structures.
